  • Created comprehensive sitemaps of IT navbar and service catalog, informing the streamlining of the new site’s structure and driving discussions to advocate for an enhanced user experience.  

  • Utilized Google Analytics to research user traffic patterns and identify key search terms, proactively designing Google Jamboards to visualize strategies to restructure information on the updated IT website.

  • Collaborated with supervisor in weekly Microsoft Teams meetings to communicate progress on assigned projects, meeting website restructuring goals and deadlines.
